Large
Angle Tilt Sensors-MI-3180-P603 |
|
|
| |
Microcomm's Large Angle Tilt Sensors Series
MI-3180-P603 are affordable, durable, accurate
inductive tilt sensors for industrial and scientific
feedback applications.
P603 sensors are; available with calibrated
angles of tilt from 30 up to 160°, easy
to install and set up and provide a linear output
characteristic with angle of tilt. Using Positek's
PIPS ® technology, inductive printed circuit
board coil with advanced ASIC electronic technology
and oil damped pendulum, the sensors DC analogue
output signal represents absolute position and
is available immediately on power up. A range
of factory set electrical output options are
available, including 4-20mA current loop, without
the need for a separate interface card.
Overall performance, repeatability and stability
are outstanding over a wide temperature range;
excellent frequency response and no wearing
contacts they have major advantages over RVDT
or potentiometer based devices.
This robust stainless steel and aluminium sensor
is flange mounted, with a connector, sealed
to IP67 and has full EMC protection built in.

Miniature
Tilt and Vibration Sensors-MI-3180-SQ-SEN-001P /
1PS |
|
|
| |
Microcomm's Miniature Tilt and Vibration Sensors
Series MI-3180-SQ-SEN-001P/1PS will produce
continuous on-off contact closures when in motion.
When at rest, it will either settle in an open
or closed state. It is sensitive to both tilt
(static acceleration) and vibration (dynamic
acceleration). The sensor can be easily used
to produce a series of CMOS or TTL level logic
pulses using a single resistor to limit current.
This signal can be used to interrupt (wake up)
a microcontroller or can be counted to estimate
the amount and duration of activity. The sensor
is fully passive, requires no signal conditioning,
and can be easily used in a microcontroller
interrupt circuit that draws 0.25uA of continuous
current.

Omnidirectional
Tilt and Vibration Sensors-MI-3180-SQ-SEN-003P /
3PS / 3PS-XL |
|
|
| |
Microcomm's Omnidirectional Tilt and Vibration
Sensors Series MI-3180-SQ-SEN-003P/3PS/3PS-XL
are truly omnidirectional motion sensors. The
sensor will produce continuous on-off contact
closures when in motion. When at rest, it will
either settle in an open or closed state. It
is sensitive to both tilt (static acceleration)
and vibration (dynamic acceleration). The sensor
can be easily used to produce a series of CMOS
or TTL level logic pulses using a single resistor
to limit current. This signal can be used to
interrupt (wake up) a microcontroller or can
be counted to estimate the amount and duration
of activity. The sensor is fully passive, requires
no signal conditioning, and can be easily used
in a microcontroller interrupt circuit that
draws 0.25uA of continuous current.
