Microcomm's Aceleration Sensor Series MI-3160-1000 are designed with a very low mass, these sensors are ideal for high frequency applications. The 1000 sensors are electrically isolated and available with or without a mounting stud.

All model 1000 sensors include integral cables with 10-32 coaxial connectors. Models 1000 and 1000B utilize a 6-36 mounting stud; the 1000A is mounted with adhesive

Microcomm's Aceleration Sensor Series MI-3160-1018-1019 is general purpose sensor ideal for laboratory shaker testing, high frequency measurements and production screening. Its features include high frequency and low noise performance. Models are available in IsoShield (1018) and case ground (1019) versions. Sensors include a 10-32 x .2" mounting stud; integral on 1018 versions, and removable on 1019 versions. The 1019C version extends performace to 350°F (177°C).

Microcomm's Acceleration Sensor Series MI-3160-3000 (triaxial accelerometer) is ideal for light-weight single-point monitoring of vibration in three planes (x-y-z). It has an exceptionally low 10 micr-volt noise floor, a 10 gram total weight and % frequency response out to 7 kHz.

The three accelerometer channels are electrically isolated from the titanium mounting block. The mounting block comes with a 10-32 stud that is removable.

Two different cable options are offered: a three-conductor shielded cable with a four-pin connector at each end, and a four-pin connector to three individual 10-32 connectors (one for each axis).

Microcomm's Acceleration Sensor Series MI-3160-4000 of EEPE (External Electronic Piezo-Electric) accelerometers are designed with external circuitry to be used in elevated temperature environments where standard IEPE or ICP accelerometers will not function. Generally, above temperatures around 350 degrees F (176°C), EEPE accelerometers (also known as Charge-Type) sensors should be used. All of these sensors are used with the model CA-XX charge amplifier series.

The model 4002 features an integral hardline cable, and a triangular mounting base, for operation to 900°F (482°C).

Microcomm's Acceleration Sensor Series MI-3160-5102 was designed for industrial applications and low rpm machinery requiring low frequency response combined with high sensitivity. It features a rugged top-mounting 2-pin mil-style connector, internal electrical isolation, and welded stainless steel construction.

This accelerometer is designed with the piezo-electric crystal in shear mode, virtually eliminating base strain, thermal transients and other phenomena that are accentuated at low frequencies. It is supplied with a removable, 1/4-28 stud. An optional 2-pin to BNC cable is available.

Microcomm's Acceleration Sensor Series MI-3160-5300 is a rugged tri-axial accelerometer that is capable of measuring vibration simultaneously in three axes. It provides a 100 mv/g signal with a 25 microvolt noise floor per axis.

This model features three independent, isolated accelerometers mounted in a rugged mounting block. The signals are brought out through a single 4-pin connector located on the top of the unit. A single 1/4 x 28 mounting bolt is provided for mounting.

Microcomm's Acceleration Sensor Series MI-3160-7002 are rugged electron-beam welded sensors include a stainless steel housing and injection-molded composite construction. Their compact design permits mounting in tight spaces.

Perfect for general machinery, for frequencies between 300 to 300,000 CPM, the 7002 includes a 10-32 center throughbolt for easy mounting.
