Steel Pressure Sensors -MI-3120-13C |
|
Microcomm's Stainless Steel Pressure
Sensor Series MI-3120-13C
devices were developed for high
pressure applications that involve
measurement of hostile media in
harsh environments. These sensors
will accommodate any media that
will not adversely attack 316 stainless
steel. This series uses SenSym ICT’s
proven piezoresisitive semiconductor
sensor chip in an oil isolated housing
with an integral ceramic for temperature
compensation and calibration. This
design has proven to be highly reliable,
stable and accurate.
These sensors feature a weld ring
collar and special back support
ring for high cycle life capability.
Parts are available with pressure
ranges from 500 psi (cell package
only) to 5000 psi and can be used
with voltage or current supplies.

Transducers-MI-3120-MLH |
|
Microcomm's Pressure
transmitters for corrosive media
series MI-3120-MLH. The
MLH pressure transmitters offer
low-cost pressure measurement from
4 to 600 bar (50 to 8000 psi). The
transmitters can be used with a
wide variety of industrial pressure
media and are protected from harsh
environments by a rugged, compact
construction. They feature a high
electromagnetic capability up to
200 V/m. Due to the modular concept
of the MLH series, a wide choice
of industrial pressure connections
and electrical terminations can
be offered.
MLH pressure
transmitters are ideal for industrial
applications such as pumps and compressors,
HVAC and refrigeration, engines,
brake systems and general measurement
of hydraulic fluids and pneumatics.

Transducers-MI-3120-KTEKTU3000 |
|
Microcomm's Highly media resistant
pressure series MI-3120-KTEKTU3000.
The KTE3000 series is ideally suited
for use with corrosive and aggressive
liquids and gases. The media wetted
housing material is manufactured
from a highly chemical resistant
PPS plastic (Polyphenylensulfide).
The transmitters are based on proven
ceramic technology with excellent
media compatibility.
MI-3120-KTEKTU3000
sensors can be calibrated according
to individual customer requirements
in the range of 0.5 to 100 bar (7.5
to 1500 psi) with gage, vacuum or
absolute pressure options. Several
current or voltage output signals
are available. A G1/4 male thread
and a DIN43650 plug are supplied
as standard pressure and electrical
connections. Many other options
are possible on customer request.
All KTE3000 transmitters are EMC
compliant and CE-marked.
Typical applications of the MI-3120-KTEKTU3000
can be found in the machine building,
plant engineering and chemical industries.
Furthermore, these transmitters
offer unique advantages in medical
and analytical instrumentation when
high media compatibility is critical.

Microcomm's Highly
media resistant submersible level
sensor series MI-3120-KTEKTU3000CS.
The submersible sensor series MI-3120-KTE3000CS
is ideally suited for level measurement
of highly corrosive and aggressive
media. These transmitters offer
high precision hydrostatic pressure
measurement from 2.5 m water column
(250 mbar). The housing material
is manufactured from a highly chemical
resistant PPS plastic (Polyphenylensulfide).
The transmitters consist of highly
accurate and long-term stable pressure
sensor elements based on proven
ceramic technology with excellent
media compatibility.
All
MI-3120-KTE3000CS level probes are
compensated for temperature and
air pressure fluctuations and supply
a 4...20 mA output signal. They
can be widely customised to meet
specific customer requirements.
MI-3120-KTE3000CS transmitters are
EMC-compliant and CE-marked.
Typical applications
include level control of salty waters
and all chemical and industrial
level measurements where excellent
